The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR").
I. Processing of personal data
A. Processing of personal data from the contact form
If you enquire about our products and services, we will work with the contact details you provide us with, in particular via an enquiry form or email. This includes: your name, surname or company name, email address, telephone number, your requirements for our products and services, or other data that you fill in or provide to us in subsequent communications.

We will contact you via enquiry form or email to agree with you on how to proceed with our products and services.
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
We need to process personal data in order to perform a contract. We will also use your personal data to communicate with you on matters relating to your order, the provision of services or any complaints or queries.
We will also process your personal data in order to comply with our obligations under the law (in particular for accounting and tax purposes or to deal with complaints and other matters).
How long will we process personal data?
Unless we establish further cooperation, we will process your personal data for a maximum of 12 months from the last communication.
If we do continue to work with you, we will process your personal data for the period of time specified in the law or for the period of time necessary for the purposes of processing.
B. Processing of personal data as a result of the purchase of our products or services
If you purchase our products or services, we will work with the data you provide to us. This includes billing data: name, surname, email address, telephone number, home address and product or service details.

We need to process personal data to fulfil our contract - to provide you with the products or services you have ordered. We will also use your personal data to communicate with you on matters relating to your order, the provision of services or any complaints or queries you may have.
We will also process your personal data to comply with our obligations under the law (in particular for accounting and tax purposes or to deal with complaints and other matters).
On what legal grounds do we process personal data?
The processing in question is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - performance of contracts and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR - performance of our obligations.
How long will we process personal data?
For the duration of our service provision and thereafter for a period of 10 years from the last time the service or product was provided.
C. Newsletters (commercial notifications)
If you subscribe to our newsletter or are a client of ours and have not opted out, we may use your email address to send you our newsletters.
On what legal basis?
In the case of newsletter subscriptions, the processing is based on your consent, i.e. Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
In the event that you are our client, we may do so on the basis of Article 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll. on certain information society services, unless you have prohibited us from doing so when subscribing to services or goods.
Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.
How long will we process personal data?
We will process your personal data for 2 years after you have given your consent or after you have received your last service. You can refuse to receive the newsletter at any time by email or by contacting us at: info@rozvazej-foodora.cz.
